Leadership

Adrian is the Founder & CEO of EnPower. Formerly the CTO, Adrian drove EnPower's technology and product development for the majority of the company's history, proving out the technical viability of the company's multilayer electrode and integrated ceramic separator technologies while building an intellectual property portfolio with over 40 patents across 5 jurisdictions. Adrian took the company from lab scale to production scale across 4 states (Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, Indiana), landing upon the Indianapolis-based manufacturing facility where the company is now based. In 2022, Adrian temporarily transitioned into a non-operating role while serving as a Board Director while he co-founded a DOE-funded energy and economics think tank at Stanford called STEER, guiding "what to build, where to innovate, and how to invest" for critical technologies—from energy storage to nuclear fuels. In April 2026, Adrian stepped back in as CEO of EnPower to drive a new phase of rapid growth.
